SECOND INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON
IMPRECISE PROBABILITIES AND THEIR APPLICATIONS

Cornell University

INFORMAL AD HOC WORKSHOPS

A number of people have suggested that, during ISIPTA '01, a few sessions or workshops could be organised devoted to special topics related to imprecise probabilities and their applications.

For this reason, we have decided to create room for 3 to 4 ad hoc workshops, to take place on Thursday evening, 28 June 2001, from 8 till 10 pm.

People who want to organise such a workshop, should send a short proposal (title, subject, short description and motivation) to Terrence Fine (tlfine@ee.cornell.edu) as soon as possible.

We shall post further information about the workshops on this page.

For these workshops, we have reserved classrooms in the Electrical Engineering building on the south side of the Cornell University campus. This side is right next to Collegetown and attendees would have several places to choose from for dinner on Thursday. They could then walk to the Electrical Engineering building (5 minutes).

At the conclusion of the evening session they would have to walk back to the Townhouses, which is about a 15 minute walk.
