We have reserved 41 air-conditioned Townhouse Apartments for symposium attendees (and people accompanying them). These apartments are located just across the street from the Robert Purcell Community Center, the symposium venue.

Each apartment has two bedrooms and each bedroom can either be

• a single: at $60 per person per night
• a double: at $42 per person per night

This means that we can accommodate between 41 and 82 attendees, depending on what choices all of you will make.

If you want to take advantage of this offer (which we think is good value, given the price and the convenient location), we urge you to make reservations as soon as possible, as the number of  available bedrooms is limited. We assign rooms on a first paid, first served basis.

If we run out of available rooms, or if you prefer other accommodation, you should look for alternative lodging yourself.

• The Statler Hotel on campus is about a 10 minute walk from the conference location and there is bus service. The room charges are about double that of a Townhouse single.
