Location
ISIPTA '01 will be held in the conference
facilities of the Robert Purcell Community Center of Cornell University,
Ithaca, New York, USA.
The Robert Purcell Community Center is
located on the North Campus of Cornell University.
On our MAPS page,
we have collected a number of small maps that may help you locate the symposium
venue. These maps were extracted from the CUinfo
Maps of Cornell (and surrounding Ithaca).
Our activities will take place at the following

Housing
We have made reservations for 41 Townhouse
Apartments (for more information see our ACCOMMODATION
page). These apartments are located just across the street from the Robert
Purcell Community Center.
Registration and
assignation of housing accommodation
Registration on Tuesday afternoon
will be at the office by the entranceway to the Robert Purcell Community
Center.
People who have reserved a room in one
of our Townhouse Apartments can obtain a key at our registration desk on
Tuesday afternoon..
People arriving after Tuesday
can register at the registration table in the Multipurpose Room (where
we will have our morning posters and afternoon coffee break). It is adjacent
to the Auditorium where the pelanry sessions take place.
Breakfast
Breakfast is included in the conference fee,
and is provided in the Robert Purcell Marketplace Eatery located one floor
above our conference facilities. The Marketplace serves unlimited quantities
of a wide variety of foods, buffet style. Attendees are expected to collect
in the morning prior to the poster session and need only walk downstairs
to the poster sessions
Lunch
Lunch is not included in the conference
fee, and we have made no plans for it. The most convenient place to have
lunch is the Robert Purcell Marketplace Eatery located one floor above
our conference facilities. The cost of lunch there is close to $10.
There are of course alternative lunch sites, but they are at least a 10
minute walk away.
Dinner
Two evening meals are included in the full
conference fee: the Wednesday evening picnic at Taughannock
State Park and the Symposium banquet
on Friday evening. We have not made plans for dinner on the other evenings.
